RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Coffee
Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your coffee purchase we will gladly refund your purchase with store credit. Returns are ONLY accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your item(s).  Because our coffee is roasted to order, the following rules apply: We will refund the cost of up to ONE 12 oz. bags of a single selection per order. To receive a store credit, coffee must be returned at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs may not be refunded.

Goods
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@shopthefoxes.com or call us: (912) 525-2336. Returns are ONLY accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your item(s). In most cases, we will exchange it or provide you with a store credit once the product has been returned.

SHIPPING

We are a small team which carefully packs your orders throughout the week. We strive to ship your order quickly, but sometimes we get a lot of orders, and we get a little backed up. The most common turnaround time for orders to ship is 2-5 days but please allow up to a week. If you need something quickly, please contact us at info@shopthefoxes.com and we will try to make it happen.

We offer $7.00 flat rate shipping on all orders. Orders over $50.00 receive free shipping. Shop The Fox ships throughout the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We ship USPS flat rate and while we fulfill orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

Please note we ship gift cards via USPS First Class Mail.

To process transactions your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
