I always wanted to pair a washed and natural Ethiopian to make a "best of both worlds" blend. Washed Ethiopians are generally bright, citrusy, and refreshing; while naturals are known for being sweet, smooth, and fruity. So when the dudes at Foxy wanted a badass blend, I went straight to work. I locked myself in the lab with Igor (Taylor) and we didn't emerge until I came out and screamed to the heavens - "it's alive!... it's alive!" The blend has quickly become a classic and is sure to make your tongue do the truffle shuffle.
